Building the anticipation for his first full length project JUDITH, Deezie Brown pays homage to Fashion Week with the release of the track, “Anna Wintour Every Winter”.
Austin’s own, Deezie Brown creates his cinematic rebellion of dark and edgy Alternative Rap and Electronic Punk. His background of growing up in the Austin’s outskirts drives his emotional and cinematic sounds. His love for music started back when his mother bought him a Bone Thugs-N-Harmony cassette tape. This was at the time when “Crossroads” had just dropped. Deezie Brown has taken his upbringing and creative vision and fused the two.
“I come from the dirt outside of the city. The bike, the dirt, the loneliness within the trees, it drives me. I could live in the woods forever”
Just in time for fashion week, Deezie Brown teams up with Young Antho and go-to producer SB95, to create the coldest winter ever. “Anna Wintour Every Winter” is the first released installment from his upcoming project entitled JUDITH.
Deezie conveys the themes of bravery and confidence. He wants listeners to internalize these themes as they are traveling their own destined path. We, as a society, are consistently facing hurdles and set-backs. Our mission’s vision has become more distant and blurred. However, we must understand that the mission is deeper. The mission can push through the financial and social hardships.
“We may have to demolish our wallets on material pieces to push the mission but we must know that it all will be made back tomorrow.”
